system test error

Question

I am getting an error message when I try to run the system test. The error states:

asusscreenpadservice.exe is not allowed to run during the administration of the exam. The browser has been shut down and a security violation has been logged. To continue testing, terminate this process or contact support for assistance"

I am using an Asus Zenbook that has a touch pad with a screen however, I had already disabled the screen but am still seeing this error during the system test
