When set to true, enables the /refresh endpoint that allows clients to refresh their
authentication token without disconnecting. The server will re-authenticate the request and update
the connection's ClaimsPrincipal.

Remarks
It is recommended to also enable CloseOnAuthenticationExpiration so that the connection is closed if authentication is not refreshed before it expires.
