When set, the value must be greater than Zero.

Property Value
Remarks
This applies whenever EnableAuthenticationRefresh is true, including when the authentication ticket does not itself set an expiration. It does not affect the safety behavior for Windows authentication, whose expiration is never tracked or refreshed by this feature.
