Tries to create an identity from an endpoint.

The EndpointAddress to use for creating the identity.

The EndpointIdentity that is returned.
Returns
true
if the identity is returned; otherwise, false
. The default is false
.
Remarks
The default IdentityVerifier creates a DnsEndpointIdentity based on the hostname portion of Uri if an explicit EndpointIdentity has not been specified as part of the EndpointAddress.
