Gets the current personalization scope for the parent WebPartManager control.

Remarks
This value is initially set based on the value returned from the Load method. This value can be modified by calling the ToggleScope method.
Note that this represents the scope used for applying and extracting personalization information. The value of this property might differ from the InitialScope property or the ChangeScope method.
