Returns a XamlValueConverter<TConverterBase> object, which is used during deferred loading of XAML-declared objects. This implementation always returns null

Remarks
Because a directive cannot have deferred loading, this implementation always returns null
. XamlDirective seals this virtual member; therefore, all XamlDirective types and all predefined XAML directives must use this behavior.
