• Fixed local network access triggering a permission alert pop-up window.

• Fixed a regression of the setColorScheme API.

• Fixed deferred initialization for ICoreWebView2NewWindowRequestedEventArgs for the command-line switch enable-new-window-requested-deferred-initialization.
