Hello
I have a problem and I want someone from Arab technical support to contact me
When I make the trainees code and send it to one of the trainees and he enters it in his account, he gets the certificate but when I open my platform at https://edutrack.microsoft.com/Dashboard/Dashboard#
It does not show me the number of trainees I have trained
I want a solution to this problem or guidance for it

يوجد مشكلة تواجهني وأريد أحد من الدعم الفني العربي التواصل معي
عندما أقوم بعمل ال كود الخاص بالمتدربين وأقوم بإرساله لأحد المتدربين ويقوم بإدخاله في حسابه ، فإنه تظهر له الشهادة ولكن عندما افتح منصتي الخاصة بي على https://edutrack.microsoft.com/Dashboard/Dashboard#
فإنه لا يظهر لي عدد المتدربين الذين قمت بادريبهم
ف أريد حل لهذه المشكلة او توجيها لها
