Application deployed in VM access is slow

I have deployed my Application in Vm server with size (4 vcpus, 16 GiB memory) and Operating system: Windows (Windows Server 2019 Datacenter) my another application is deployed with lower version then this but the application can access so fast but why not in this upgraded can you please help me on this issue .

Thanks for the question. Can you elaborate on what you mean by VM access? Are you seeing a performance slowdown on the application itself? If you use the resource manager on the Windows Server VM are there other processes taking up resources? Is your access issue associated with disk I/O access or are you referring to something else?
