Cannot find renew button for the certificate Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

Hi all,

I passed the Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator on 11/Apr/2022. I cannot find the renew button for the certificate. Please help.
