How do we cancel meeting booked in the Teams Room.

Please i need your help on this issue.

we would like to know how to cancel meeting booked in the Teams Room without canceling the meeting request by the organizer.

Hi @IBN

There is no way to cancel meetings from a Teams Room device. The organizer will need to cancel the meeting and resend out the meeting and exclude the meeting room.

If I'm understanding the question correctly, I believe the question was based on starting the meeting in the Teams Room (or at the door panel). In that case, there is no organizer. So, it will not show up in the Outlook or Teams app calendars and therefore cannot be canceled that way.
