ADF Template to Copy Dataverse data to Azure SQL

I am using the ADF template provided on the gallery to copy the CRM data from Azure data lake to azure SQL DB. It is working fine for all tables except the optionset metadata. How to copy these optionset metadata changes to Azure SQL DB .

Dataverse connector lists you all entities. Could you please elaborate more about what is optionset metadata? Is it some kind of internal entity?
I am not expert in CRM side, what on my research what i found is
An option set is a type of field that can be included in an entity.Are you talking about this field only? -
