Surface Studio 2 via OSD PXE issues

I have been attempting to get a Surface Studio 2 to image via MECM Task Sequence without luck.

The image version is Windows 10 2004, and the MECM Version is 2002 Hotfix Rollup 3.

The latest set of drivers available for these devices is 1903. I have download and extracted the MSI for this device and am successfully applying the driver set during the Task Sequence like all the other models, however after the image is applied and drivers applied, it always comes up with: Recovery, your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. File: \Windows\system32\Winload.efi Error code 0xc000000f.

If however I use "Auto Apply" drivers and let the device scan from the entire driver library it does complete the build. The problem is that then afterwards it pulls a number of drivers updates from Windows Update. The latter is what we are trying to overcome. Need all the latest drivers applied during the imagine process.

Has anyone succefully images Surface Studio 2 devices with ConfigMgr?

    Could we use this command line to extract drivers from the MSI ?
    Here is the command line :
    "msiexec /a SurfaceStudio_Win10_161504_0.msi targetdir=C:\SurfaceStudioDrivers /qn"
