I am getting the below error when creating a cluster in Databricks.
How can I resolve this?

This error is still happening.
Databricks Runtime Version is 11.3 LTS.
I also get the same error on 10.4 LTS and 7.3 LTS.
Region of the workspace is South Central US.

I tried again and the error was resolved.
Not sure of the cause, but network conditions may have been affected.
