Hyper V - state showing off

Question

Hi,

Last weekend there is a power shut down and server is down.

I manage to bring up the rest except this SQL VM. The state shows off. We are using window server 2016.

I had tried to bring up the VM by clicking action and restart but still not running.

Can anybody help me with this? Really appreciate the help.

Hi,

Please kill the vmwp.exe process manually from task manager and then try starting the VM again. If there are multiple vmwp.exe processes you need to kill the process of the same VMId to the virtual machine. The VMId can be found in the Command line column of the vmwp.exe process.
