Kaspersky is not a Microsoft product. You should post your question in their official support forums as it is an issue with their snap in. However to save you some time they have already provided a solution here.

Every time I run Kaspersky Security Center 14, the error "MMC cannot initialize snap-in" appears.
I've tried several procedures but the error persists.
