Device Ownership greyed out

Hello,
We have an issue with Device Ownership. We can’t change to corporate
Each user has Microsoft 365 Business Premium License.
Windows 10 device are Hybrid Joined.
We have a ticket with Microsoft but the Office 365 Tech does not get back to us.

Any idea?

    What is the current ownership for the hybrid Azure AD devices?
    How are you building these windows 10 devices for hybrid AAD?
    Are they on-prem devices and syncing to cloud?

    Hi there,
    Thanks for your reply.

    Shortly after I posted this, I checked on the devices and all the devices are changed to corporate!
    This took about 10 days to change from Unknown greyed out. I created the MS ticket 5 days ago and this morning all devices are changed to corporate.
    Did you seen this before?
