Server 2016 RDS Remover Power Button

Question

Hi,

For my RDS I want to hide / remove the power button.

I know i can set the following registy setting. But when running this de powerbutton is still visisble:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Start\HidePowerButton

Then I Changed the value to 1.

But when I restart the server the Powerbutton is stil visible.

I allready disabled the possibillity to remove the option like reboot shutdown etc. But a button whit no function is not realy customer friendly
