Can you use powershell?
set-mailbox <user> -ForwardingAddress $null -ForwardingSmtpAddress $null
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
In EAC, Recipients, Mailbox I can no longer change the forwarding address, delete the old one, or switch off forwarding. This is a particular issue as emails are being received by someone who should not get them - and who doesn't want to get them.

Hi @LHS System Admin ,
Please check if you created an automatic forwarding rule in the mail flow rule.
Also, check whether the mailbox rule is set up in the mailbox.
