Technically, yes, but it will also depend on how the device is enrolled. Is it supervised\fully managed?
Using another O365 account on a managed iOS to login to Teams
Hi, We have all our user's mobile devices enrolled to Intune Endpoint Manager. A user whose device is enrolled to Intune wants to use Teams for a different O365 account. Is it possible, if Yes please guide me to the right place. He is a consultant to us and at times requires to login to other Teams accounts which is not associated to our O365 tenant.
The ownership of the device is Personal.

I have done the test on one BYOD enrolled iOS device. The user is without any app protection policy targeted. After login my account, I try to add another O365 account in another tenant with team license. I find it can be added successfully.
Here are the steps to add another account:
- Open Teams app, click the account I already login on the top left.
- Click "Add account", then click sign in with another account.
- Enter the O365 account in another tenant. And after signing in, the account will be added.
Hope it can help.
