Hello,

Currently we have devices on Windows10 1909, originally these devices shipped with (OEM) WIN10 1803 Version. However if we remote Reset any of device via Intune Autopilot Reset feature will they go to 1909 or OEM 1803 Version?

Thank you

They reset to whichever version is currently installed no different than normal Windows reset initiate from Settings because that's more or less what an Autopilot reset is.

@Mohammad Waseem , Autopilot Reset is used to remove personal files, apps, and settings from your devices. The devices remain enrolled in Intune and are returned to a fully-configured or known IT-approved state.

That is to say, the Windows version will not be changed. We can see more details in the following link:

    Hope it can help.
