Multi-level approval for leave request

Question

We plan to design a leave request system on SharePoint 2019, when the request is submitted, it should be sent to the employee’s manager, if the request is approved by manager, then sent to HR team for approval. In Power Automate, can we get manager’s information directly? How to design the flow?

To work with Power Automate in SharePoint server 2019, we need to install on-premises gateways and connect to Power Automate cloud then implement the solutions firstly.
