Unable to make a call

We have configured the phone system,but when we call from SBC using direct routing, we cannot make calls on SBC.

    Hi @Anonymous

    When setting up Direct Routing, you encounter an issue with the SBC not responding, which is most likely caused by one or both of the following conditions:

    • A TLS certificate experiences problems.
    • An SBC is not configured correctly for Direct Routing.
