wmic no work properly

hi, when i execute:

PS C:\Users\LsW> wmic os get Caption

Node - RAINIAIRIUS
ERROR:
Description = Call cancelled

(RAINIAIRIUS is may username)
i am getting this error after a long time waiting, i have not idea.
