Several Question for using REST API

Hi, I have several questions for using REST API.

・Can one row of task and column information be retrieved?

・Is it possible to get row information of child tasks for one row of tasks?

・Is it possible to set the type for a single line of tasks?

(ex. task, issue, and so on.)

・Is it possible to set up a workflow for a single line of tasks?

The WinAPI tag only handles development question about Win32 API. Your question is quite confusing, and it doesn't seem to be related to win32 API development.. What's the project you are developing? A win32 project, a WPF project or MFC project? Is it related to office 365?
