Organization Managed Windows 11 Cannot Return From Lock screen

On a organization managed windows 11, the user we use is a google user, whenever the computer goes into lock screen, there is no possibility to return from it, unless hard restart is used, this is a highly critical bug, please fix this ASAP, we are using a standard Lenovo machine, there should be no problems with that

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Windows 11 lock screen hangs.

1. Press Windows key + I and access Accounts -> Click Input Options;

Scroll down to the Require sign-in section;

Click on the drop-down menu and change the option to "When the computer wakes up from sleep"

2. Try to Disable fast startup using below command.

Powercfg -h off

3. Open Power settings from Control Panel -> Change advanced power settings -> PCI Express -> Link State Power Management -> Turn it Off.
