Test canceled without authorization

Hello,

I started an exam on 11/03/2023 and it was just cancelled. The reason given was that I would have gone off camera. But that is not true. I had to re-book the exam and therefore have to pay twice. But I think that is not appropriate and demand the money back. You are welcome to write to me to find out the case number that was opened before the exam was canceled.
