Yes, we can use Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) to block screenshot on Windows device for some special apps. By not granting the Copy usage right, Rights Management can prevent screen captures from many of the commonly used screen capture tools on Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile).
