Hi everyone

in our company we use intune to enroll company device, for security reasons we decide to prevent users of screenshooting specific app, we would like to prevent screenshot inside specific application and don't block screen all capture on the device.

is it possible to block screen captures in specific app on Windows? For exemple to prevent screenshot in Micorosft Teams and Micorosft Outlook?

We don't want to block all screenshot on the devices, but only in specific application

I know that in intune it is possible for android device, and for iOS only if you block all screenshot on the device

is it possibile for Windows device through intune? or maybe through GPO?

what am I missing? please help

Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Yes, we can use Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) to block screenshot on Windows device for some special apps. By not granting the Copy usage right, Rights Management can prevent screen captures from many of the commonly used screen capture tools on Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile). For more detailed information, please refer to:

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
