i am trying to install this update for more than 15 days. every time its failing. tried several ways. no solution. can anyone help me out ?

I have the exact same issue, tried Troubleshoot and Restart several times and it never fixes it.
I've tried every possible fix including the following and nothing has fixed the issue with the update for me:
Yet update KB5023778 is still giving the error code 0x800f081f

Run windows update troubleshooter.

Partially solved using Windows iso created with Media Creation Tool at this link https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/software-download/windows11
I didn't managed to install the update, but at least it's not stuck at 25% installation progress anymore
