Admin Prompt Issues after new Update
Hello, from 5.04.2023 I have problem with windows 10 pro version 19045.2788 , which is Up to Date in Updates. I am running domain user account , which do not have admin privilege's. But till today, button with blue-yellow guarding for admin privilege's worked fine. When I hit it, prompt message to enter admin user and pass pops up, i enter different from mine admin user and acc and everything works fine. But from today , I could no more get into inserting admin user and pass. For example, if I want to remove an app- before 5.04.2023 if asks me for admin user and pass to remove it - enter them - and remove the app. From today , it says me "You must be and Administrator to remove this application. To remove this application, you can log on as an Admi, or contact your system administrator." I do not want to log as Admin! Is there a way to get back the message for admin user and pass inserting, without make my own user with admin. This is local and also domain user. I have another account for admin privileges, which I use only , when install new things for all users , which are using this PC... Also, when i try to uninstall driver for device from device Manager, when i hit Change Settings - before today i was able to enter in the prompt message admin user and pass and go on further with enabled uninstall device, install driver........... From today, when I hit Change settings, only the square is moving , without and success. Аnother nonsense of Windows Development and Windows changes, which is not useful and provide difficult work environment using Windows Pro Versions.

2023-04-24T06:53:28.28+00:00 Just Found the solution. Somehow after the update registry data was changed. Enable LUA was turned to 0 , instead of 1. LUA - Limited User Account. I was searching for UAC User Acc Control , not for Limited User Acc... After every Microsoft Update , something was damaged. For a normal home application , windows is perfect , but for Business one probably i should change the OS.
