Hello Community,

we want to Rollout iOS Devices in Supervised mode. Our Problem is that we cant get the Devices Synced to Apple Business Manager.

The following configurations have been set:

  • We Set up the Enrollment Programm Token
  • a Profile has been created with following Configuration!

So what we have done is, downloading the Company Portal App from the App Store and add the Phone to intune.

The Phone is than listet in Intune. But under "Enrollment program Tokens" theres no device listet. Its also not possible to add devices from Intune.

I already know that one possibility was to use the Appe Configurator. But we dont have a Mac. Do the Devices first need to be Added to the Apple Business Manager to Sync them?

Thank you a lot for your help.

@Jayd ,From your description, it seems you are doing the enrollment with Apple's Automated Device Enrollment. But we can't sync the device under the MDM server in Enrollment program token If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Firstly, we ned to make sure the iOS/iPadOS devices purchased through Apple's Automated Device Enrollment (ADE). And the information is imported into Apple Business Manager portal. If not, please contact Apple to fix it. For the steps to enroll iOS with Apple's ADE, we can read the following article:

    Hope it can help.

For ADE, the devices need to register with ABM service first before they can sync with Intune. What you need to do is register your reseller id in ABM account who will be adding the devices in ABM for you. Add your Intune tenant in ABM MDM servers, assign to the devices and they will sync with Intune.
