How to manually update Out of service W10 version to W10 22H2 devices managed by Intune

Hi, we have some devices in out environment. Which are running out of service W10 version 20H2, 21H1. All these devices are managed from Intune. It is not getting upgrade to W10 22H2 using Intune. is there a way, we can manually upgrade those devices?

    @Ritesh Sharma Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    For this issue, may I know why these devices are not getting upgrade to W10 22H2 using Intune? From intune's point of view, we usually use feature update policy and update ring policy to update windows version.

    Or we can deploy windows update packages via win32 app.
