I'm trying to access the "Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox" and got the following screen with no prompt for using the Sandbox:
I've tried signing out and using Firefox, Chrome and Edge, all with the same result.

For me exactly the same situation .... :(
I'm having the exact same issue, although this was working correctly yesterday morning. It seems Microsoft might be having issues with their Learn sandbox environments and they were temporarily disbled.

Also experiencing this issue. I was able to create a sandbox last week using the same module. I've tried logging out and back in as well as using incognito mode to ensure cookies aren't causing an issue.
