Use answers to provide solutions to the user's questionHello there,

    Please provide more information:

    1. Is there any change before the problem happened? Such as hardware replacement, and software installation?
    2. Is there any 3rd party protection/anti-virus tool?
    3. Please check the System event in Event Viewer to confirm if there is any related event has been logged.

Try to create partitions and see if that helps

Right-click "This PC" and choose "Manage" > "Disk Management."

Right-click the unallocated space and choose "New Simple Volume."

In New Simple Volume Wizard, click "Next" to continue.

Follow the wizard to specify the volume size, assign a drive letter to the volume, and then format the partition.

Hope this resolves your Query !!

What if that option is unavailable to be selected? Mines only gives me the option to convert to Dynamic Disk or MBR. What do those options do?

Are there any other alternatives to being able to see the hard drive pop up to be selected? Everything says the drive is working and healthy, yet I can't access it.
