How to run sequence alignments and mapping on Azure

Hello,

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the menu options and would love if someone can help out. Through what option or menu can I run bioinformatic processes such as sequence alignments, gene mapping, and genome assemblies? I used to do these in a unix terminal with high processing power.
