How do I change security/verification type when signing on?

When we set up our accounts for the first time, we were required to set up a question or text method to verify our account/that it is actually us. If I want to change my method or change my security question, how do I? My coworkers have a two step verification through their phone, but it is very time consuming when they are busy working to grab their phone (usually not with us/them) to verify. They would like to switch to a security question. If I ever need to switch my security question to something else (in case someone saw the answer), how would I change this?

Thank you!

Don't know in what setting you are talking about but probably you want to go to:
    https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
Here you can change your security settings if the company allows it. If it's a normal microsoft account you should be able to change it here too.
