Intune is primarily meant for managing endpoint devices. Having said that, there are certain settings that you can manage on servers, but Windows update isn’t one of them. The recommended way to manage servers for updates is through Azure Arc.
Windows update for servers
We are moving SCCM to the cloud now. We have some Windows server computers and want to know can we deploy the latest windows update to these servers via Intune? Or can WUFB be used for pushing updates to servers?

Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.
From Intune's point of view, Intune doesn't support to manage servers, so we can't deploy windows update to windows servers via Intune.
Based on my research, WUFB doesn't support to update servers. Windows Update for Business is a free service that is available for the following editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11:
Pro, including Pro for Workstations
Education
Enterprise, including Enterprise LTSC, IoT Enterprise, and IoT Enterprise LTSC
