Lost my phone with authenticator app on that device.

Question

Lost my phone with authenticator app on that device. My automatic safe password in my browser was on that device, changed it multiple times because of receiving a lot of spam,I have the code for my authenticator app but when I download authenticator app i do not get the option to use that code to recover my original authenticator app on my new device? Please advice already been trough the whole protocol it seems that microsoft gives an option for the authenticator app but in real time it does not serve nor work, kindly advise i use microsoft all my life and i feel it is a very good platform to use and work communicate from however unfortunatly there seems to be no answer nor proper technical support for immediate sollutions , i would kindly advise to consider to add a tech.support service one can/may/ is able to pay in order to solve the issue(s) at hand,this way microsoft does not have to change their security protocols which work outstanding but would have a perfect sollution added as a service to meet their trusted and long term clients.
