Refresh failure on Lenovo connect to a dock station

Hi,

My issue is when laptop is connect to Dockstation Dock Gen 2 Thunterbolt or USBC. This issue is appearing only on WIndows scenario (New computers from Windows or Refresh) not when using PXE (Baremetal).

When the computer is rebooting I get an error saying "unattend reboot windows etup cannot continue press ok to restart. Then the computer is dead no way to reach the logs or Windows. To solve that issue, I need doing a baremetal scenario

From the admin console status, I have the following:
