Hello,

A current issue that a user is having is perplexing. The user is in another environment on another network but still has to access our company resources. The computer on the other network is VDI and is secured by their SysAdmins and he cannot make any changes to the system. So this user is logging in to Office.com with his account for our company to access online resources. He can access all web apps, including Teams, but he cannot access the files linked on his channels on Teams. He can access them by going directly to Sharepoint but he keeps getting "The connection has been reset" everytime he goes to the Teams channel and chooses the files tab. Prior to us implementing our BYOD policy, this user had no issues accessing anything. Given that this device is not owned and managed by us, it is treated as a personally owned device. Part of our BYOD device is to prevent access to resources through installed apps so he must use the web app. I tried recreating the issue on my own personally owned laptop to no avail. While there is nothing in our policy that appears to be causing this, that is the only thing that has changed since he was able to access it before but now cannot. Does anyone what could be causing this? How to fix it? This is not a single user issue, he's just part of the test group to verify if we need to make changes before pushing it out company wide. Other users in that same environment have experienced the same issue.

Thank you for any help.
