2023-12-07T04:51:17.72+00:00 We are using Azure Logic App (Standard), while open designer mostly facing from last 2 days. Some times it appear in console of home page as well "https://portal.azure.com/#home"

Can you please collect the F12 traces/fiddler traces and validate if you see any 500 or 400 request after reproducing the issue and validate what the actual error is returned from backend. The issue could occur in scenario where you are referring to output from previous actions/trigger in logic app, reference was mis-specified.
