Windows cannot connect to the internet even though I have the WIFi on.

    Since that the information you provided is limited, we can only provide you with some general soltions about troubleshooting "no internet connection' issue. Apart from post the result of command "ipconfig /all", Please try:

    1.Use The Network Troubleshooter
    2.Reinstall The Drivers For Your Network Adapter
    3.Type the following commands into the Command Prompt window one by one hitting Enter after each line.
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    4.Reset Your Network Settings

    tracert 8.8.8.8
