******@outlook.com password not know, need to reset it

Question

I need to get access to a company office account: eallen@harsh.com .com but it says Sign In is blocked. This account belonged to a previous team member who has left the company, but has Office licenses subscriptions on it that I need access to. I can I get the password reset on this account? Please advise. Thanks
