Hi,

I am not able to restore a Hyper-V VM which was backed up using the wbadmin command (windows server 2016). the machine was backed up on a network drive, and now i want to restore it on a different location.
I have tried the "wbadmine start recovery" , however it is not recognizing the backup files.

Anyone can help us figure out how to restore it.
Thank you.

    Hi,

If the original VM is still there, as a workaround, I would suggest you export the VM on the source Host and import the VM on the destination host:

    Thanks for your time!
