Sandbox shell stuck at Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...

Hello, I am trying to complete modules which require a sandbox Azure Cloud Shell, but I'm unable to interact with the shell. After successful authentication, etc., the shell is stuck on "Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access..."

    Hi Saikrishna Tamidalapati,

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum. We see that you are facing an issue with Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access.

    I believe the issue has been fixed. Please sign out and then sign back to enable the sandbox. We have checked from our end we are able to access, please refer to the screenshot below for your reference. User's image If the issue persists still, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:  

    1. Ensure the use of a current browser version, such as Edge.
    2. Clear cache and cookies by following the provided steps, ensuring the selection of "Preserve Favorites website data" and checking both "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" before clicking Delete.
    3. Enable all third-party cookies through your browser settings.
    4. Confirm that you have the most recent version of the Edge browser or Internet Explorer.
