I have enabled passwordless phone sign in in our organization and set it up on many devices, Android and iOS. However, today, Android users are unable to complete the phone sign in enrollment process. I am giving users a temporary access pass and having them log into the Authenticator app. They can complete MFA enrollment but when they then run through the Phone Sign In enrollment they receive "We ran into an error. Sorry we couldn't add your account right now. Please try again". Phone sign-in - Failed to setup phone sign-in. Two-step verification - Failed to set up notification approvals Two-step verification - Failed to set up one-time password codes All users have passwordless authentication enabled. It works fine in iOS. The users are installing the app for the first time so it's up to date and there are no other accounts in their app. 2024-01-29 15_31_53-2024-01-29 15_20_44-Clipboard.png ‎- Photos

Hi, have you solved the issue?

I have a company phone from which I'm able to enable and disable Phone Sign In for two different accounts. On of these accounts is from a customer, so there shouldn't be any limit to "which phone are you configuring" from the company, and anyway I checked with my company and they have no limitation.

From my personal phone, which it's two days I'm trying to configure Phone Sign In, there's no way to do it, same error from the picture above. Even after deregistering the device, cleaning cache and data, uninstalling, rebooting and trying anything from the beginning. My phone have been factory resetted a couple days ago, so it starts from the cleanest situation as possible.
