I have already tried deleting both browser and app cache. I have used Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to repair and then also to uninstall and reinstall the applications. I do not even have the option to sign into an account, it immediately brings up this error code and I am not sure what steps to take next in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance.
