Windows Server 2019 Essentials License number of users clarification

Hello, I purchased for a while a license for Windows Server 2019 Essentials, and I noticed on a website that this license is for companies for up to 25 employees. When I purchased the license I remember that I studied for hours and all I remember was that I can use up to 25 users/50 computers, but there was no limitation based on number of employees. We have at this time a total of 29 employees, and for some reason I cannot find the License Agreement of the Windows Server 2019 Essentials. Please give me a link to the License Agreement in order to be able to search for this issue, or please clarify if is ok to have more than 25 employees, considering that about half of them don't use a computer.
