Where do I set to allow anyone with the link to be able to access a shred stream video? When I go to share it says that the anyone option is being restricted by the organization. Well.....I'm the admin and I have restricted no such thing. Sharing in sharepoint is set to anyone for both sharepoint and onedrive under policies and sharing. Where else do I need to look to enable the anyone option?

    Hi @Mainprize, Danny,

You should enable Sharing Settings to “Anyone” for the Site Collection:

    1. In the SharePoint admin center, click on “Sites” >> “Active sites” from the left navigation.
    2. Search and select the site where you want to set sharing policy.
    3. Click on the site name and click on the “Settings” tab in the property pane.
4. In the External file sharing options, choose “Anyone” and click Save.

Also, make sure the “Limited-access user permission lockdown mode” Feature is disabled under Site Collection Features.
