Hello,

I have one question for you. I don't know that is work or not But i just want to know.

Now we created the teams chat group and add the all office department members for IT Help Desk issues. At that time, one of member from marketing dept(eg:) send the msg in that gp for IT Help and the other departments can see that message But we don't want to see that msg (marketing dept msg) to other department members, but the IT department member can see that msg well. How can we do? If you have any suggestion pls support and guide to us.

Do you want to send a message in a group chat that only specific people can see?

I'm afraid this feature is not feasible, you can try to create multiple separate group chats to circumvent the problem.

You can also create a team and create privacy channels within the team for different departments , and invite IT support to each privacy channel. Users outside the privacy channel cannot see the messages in the privacy channel.
